Junk Fax Cert. Survives Atty Ethics Questions In 7th Circ.

Law360, New York (January 9, 2013, 5:00 PM EST) -- The Seventh Circuit on Wednesday declined to overturn class certification of a Telephone Consumer Protection Act junk fax suit, despite admonishing plaintiffs counsel for questionable conduct in allegedly using trial discovery to seek out new clients.
