Ex-InterMune CEO Sues HHS Over 5-Year Program Ban

Law360, New York (January 9, 2013, 8:13 PM EST) -- The former CEO of InterMune Inc. sued the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in California federal court Monday, alleging the agency had unfairly excluded him from federal health programs for five years following his conviction for fraudulently marketing drug Actimmune.
