Green Group Loses Bid To Bar Distribution Facility

Law360, Los Angeles (January 10, 2013, 12:48 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday denied Coalition for Clean Air Inc.’s request to block VWR International LLC from building a 500,000-square-foot distribution complex, ruling CCA failed to prove it would suffer irreparable harm from VWR’s failure to obtain an air emissions permit.
