Cigna Crafted Scheme To Dodge ACA Rebates, Suit Says

Law360, Los Angeles (January 11, 2013, 8:31 PM EST) -- A Florida imaging center hit Cigna Corp. and two medical cost management firms with a putative class action Wednesday, accusing the companies of falsifying medical records and underpaying providers as part of a plot to help Cigna avoid paying rebates to patients as required under the Affordable Care Act.
