Castex Settles Mirant Claims In $126M Mineral Deal Suit

Law360, Dallas (January 9, 2013, 8:50 PM EST) -- Castex Energy Inc. on Wednesday settled a $126 million suit brought by a successor to bankrupt Mirant Corp. that challenged a Castex sale of Louisiana mineral rights, after a Texas federal judge delayed the trial's opening to allow settlement talks to continue, attorneys said.
