Judge Wants Expert's Take In NJ Landfill Odor Battle

Law360, New York (January 10, 2013, 9:21 PM EST) -- A judge on Thursday tapped an independent environmental expert to examine the health impacts of reported odors from a Roxbury, N.J. landfill, whose owner has been battling a putative class action brought by residents and state efforts to halt operations at the 102-acre property.
