1st Circ. Upholds Mass. Abortion Clinic Buffer Zone Law

Law360, New York (January 10, 2013, 2:06 PM EST) -- The First Circuit on Wednesday upheld a Massachusetts statute instituting a 35-foot "buffer zone" around abortion clinics in several cities, ruling that the law did not unfairly impinge on the free speech rights of protestors.
