Pa. Hospital, Docs Blast FCA Suit As Vague, Too Late

Law360, New York (January 10, 2013, 3:32 PM EST) -- Doctors, physician practices and a hospital in Pennsylvania on Wednesday urged a federal judge to throw out False Claims Act allegations that they billed Medicare for unnecessary services and entered into illegal kickback arrangements involving bogus contracts, saying the lawsuit lacks specifics and was filed too late.
