Investigator Can Pursue Back Pay Claims Against Calif. DA

Law360, Los Angeles (January 10, 2013, 5:21 PM EST) -- A California state appellate court Wednesday ruled an ex-Orange County District Attorney’s Office investigator can seek $1.1 million in back pay and benefits from his former employers after he was fired in 2002 for leaking details of a probe into one of his boss’s political contributors.
