Blast Victims Say BP's $50M Fine Not Enough

Law360 (November 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Victims of an explosion at BP Plc’s Texas refinery pushed to hike up the $50 million agreement the oil giant struck with the U.S. Department of Justice, calling the current deal a “shockingly lenient” slap on the wrist on Tuesday.
