F&N Investors Get More Time To Mull $7.3B Buyout Offer

Law360, New York (January 10, 2013, 1:37 PM EST) -- A Thai billionaire on Thursday again extended the deadline for shareholders in Singaporean conglomerate Fraser & Neave Ltd. to voice support for his SG$8.9 billion ($7.3 billion) buyout bid, threatened by an Indonesian real estate developer who swooped in last fall with a higher offer.
