FCC To Collect Competition Data In Special Access Market

Law360, New York (January 10, 2013, 4:36 PM EST) -- The Federal Communications Commission plans to continue reviewing its special access rules to ensure they promote competition, investment and access to dedicated communications services by embarking on a data collection campaign in the special access market, according to a notice to be published in the Federal Register on Friday.
