Fla. Developer Gets Taking Ruling Reversed In Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (January 11, 2013, 6:41 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday reversed a ruling that a Florida home developer did not suffer a compensable regulatory taking when the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers denied its request to fill in wetlands on a piece of property it owned, saying a lower court erred in determining the relevant parcel.
