Hoge Fenton Wins Sanctions Over Malpractice Suit Removal
Law360, Los Angeles (January 11, 2013, 8:59 PM EST) -- Law firm Hoge Fenton Jones & Appel won sanctions in California federal court Thursday against a former client it had represented in a securities suit for improperly removing his legal malpractice action against the firm to federal court in an attempt to obtain a favorable ruling.
