CMS Must Overhaul Medicare Fraud Oversight, Sens. Say

Law360, New York (January 11, 2013, 2:16 PM EST) -- A bipartisan group of senators on Thursday urged the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to revamp its Medicare Parts C and D fraud prevention program, after a report highlighted agency barriers that contributed to a CMS anti-fraud contractor’s poor performance.
