Law360, Los Angeles (January 11, 2013, 7:24 PM EST) -- On the eve of trial, a New York state judge has granted a JPMorgan Chase & Co. investment unit's motion to exclude information about the amount of losses incurred by a Russian-American billionaire who alleges his company took an $80 million hit after his assets were transferred to a different company due to JPMorgan's mismanagement.
