9th Circ. Won't Weigh Suspension Of Calif. Cleanup Deal

Law360, New York (January 11, 2013, 7:05 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit said Friday that it does not have jurisdiction to hear an appeal of a district court's suspension of a consent decree between the federal government and a California county regarding the clean up of an abandoned landfill near Lake Tahoe.
