Ex-Mayer Brown Exec, Vendor Charged With Kickback Scheme

Law360, Chicago (January 11, 2013, 6:33 PM EST) -- A former Mayer Brown LLP chief information officer is facing expanded criminal charges in an indictment unsealed Friday that accuses him and the president of a technology workforce contracting company with running a $4.8 million billing and kickback scheme that victimized the Chicago-based firm.
