T-Mobile Can Install Antennas On NJ Building, Judge Says

Law360, New York (January 15, 2013, 2:49 PM EST) -- T-Mobile Northeast LLC may place antennas on a Leonia, N.J., apartment building after a New Jersey federal judge found Thursday that the borough wrongly rebuffed its efforts to fix a coverage gap since Sprint Spectrum LP has antennas on the same building.

Leonia had argued that T-Mobile could install its antennas in less intrusive sites, but U.S. District Judge Susan D. Wigenton said the borough failed to show that there were better alternatives or that the carrier's planned facilities were worse than Sprint's pre-existing structures, and...
