Apple Asks ITC To Reject Samsung Case Against Ericsson

Law360, New York (January 14, 2013, 3:01 PM EST) -- Apple Inc. on Thursday waded into Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.’s 4G LTE patent fight with Ericsson Inc. in the U.S. International Trade Commission, arguing that an exclusion order issued in an investigation on behalf of Samsung for its standard-essential patents would go against the public interest and harm competition.
