NY Atty Loses Punitive Damages Bid In Wrongful Firing Suit

Law360, New York (January 14, 2013, 2:51 PM EST) -- A New York lawyer who claims Napoli Bern LLP fired him after he refused to participate in a “cover-up” regarding the propriety of a personal injury settlement can't collect punitive damages in the long-running wrongful termination case, a Manhattan judge ruled Thursday.
