DOE Seeks Interim Nuclear Waste Site By 2025

Law360, New York (January 14, 2013, 7:21 PM EST) -- The Obama administration unveiled plans Friday to set up a full-scale interim nuclear waste facility by 2025, a move that would help chip away at the billions of dollars in liabilities the government faces from its failure to collect spent fuel.
