SEC Corporation Finance Gains Two New Directors

Law360 (November 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Once plagued by vacancies and departures, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has continued its efforts to fill empty positions, most recently adding Brian V. Breheny as deputy director for legal and regulatory policy and Wayne Carnall as chief accountant in the agency's Division of Corporation Finance.

Breheny, who previously served as the chief of the mergers and acquisitions office in the Division of Corporate Finance, will aid in overseeing the daily operation of the division.
