Perkins Coie Wrongly DQ'd From IP Suit, Open Text Says

Law360, New York (January 15, 2013, 4:58 PM EST) -- Open Text Corp. urged a California federal judge Monday to allow the Federal Circuit to review the disqualification of Perkins Coie LLP as its counsel in a patent infringement suit brought by j2 Global Communications Inc., saying the ruling was made using a questionable interpretation of California law.
