PetSafe Parent Asks ITC To Probe Patented Dog Collars

Law360, New York (January 15, 2013, 3:32 PM EST) -- Radio Systems Corp., the company behind PetSafe pet products, on Monday urged the U.S. International Trade Commission to launch an investigation into electronic dog collars made by rival Sunbeam Products Inc., expanding the scope of its recently initiated patent battle.

RSC filed a complaint with the USITC asking the commission to conduct an investigation under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
