AMICO Fights Hancock Center Accident Coverage In 7th Circ.

Law360, Chicago (January 15, 2013, 3:52 PM EST) -- American Motorists Insurance Co.'s attorney asked the Seventh Circuit on Tuesday to reverse a judgment saying his client must indemnify another insurer for litigation costs stemming from a fatal accident at Chicago's John Hancock Center, where a swing stage collapsed outside the building's 42nd floor.
