NJ Bill Would Revamp Economic Development Tax Incentives

Law360, New York (January 15, 2013, 3:54 PM EST) -- A New Jersey assemblyman on Monday introduced legislation intended to overhaul the state's economic development tax incentives to create jobs and infrastructure and make New Jersey more attractive to employers, as lawmakers continue to fight the state's high unemployment rate.
