Sony Faces Download Claims In Trimmed Toto Royalty Suit

Law360, New York (January 15, 2013, 5:44 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge dismissed a large part of a lawsuit Tuesday in which rock band Toto accused Sony Music Entertainment of shortchanging it on royalties, but said Toto could pursue a contract claim over royalties on digital downloads since July 2008.
