10th Circ. OKs Class Denial In Toolmaker Sex Bias Suit

Law360, New York (January 16, 2013, 2:56 PM EST) -- The Tenth Circuit affirmed a decision Tuesday not to certify a class in a gender bias suit against toolmaker Hilti Inc., in a published opinion that applied the U.S. Supreme Court's landmark Dukes ruling and said the plaintiffs hadn't shown a required common thread running throughout the proposed class.
