DuPont Can't Shake Auto Coating Seller's Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (January 16, 2013, 5:00 PM EST) -- A Colorado federal judge on Tuesday refused to dismiss DuPont Co. from an antitrust suit claiming it wrongly swung business from an automotive paint wholesaler to a favored distributor, finding the wholesaler did not transfer its right to sue when it sold its business.
