Atty-Client Rights Apply To Insurer In BofA Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (January 16, 2013, 4:31 PM EST) -- A California appeals court said Tuesday that Fidelity National Title Insurance Co. doesn't have to relinquish documents to a bank being sued by its insured Bank of America NA over a customer's home loan default, ruling an attorney-client relationship exists between Fidelity, BofA and their law firm.
