ITC Drops Nokia, Qualcomm Probe

Law360, New York (November 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has reportedly ended its investigation relating to Nokia Corp.’s complaint seeking a ban on the importation of Qualcomm’s chipsets into the United States.

On Wednesday, the commission confirmed that the case was officially over after the ITC refused to review an administrative law judge’s decision last month which recommended putting the investigation to rest, Reuters reported.
