ITC Plans Full Duty Review On Japanese Pipe Imports

Law360, New York (January 17, 2013, 5:24 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission will complete a comprehensive review to determine whether lifting anti-dumping duties on Japanese imports of certain welded pipes imported would harm American producers, the commission said in Thursday’s federal register.
