Judge Denies Parting Of Seagate Age Bias Claims

Law360 (November 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Minnesota federal judge has refused to dismiss class action claims alleging that Seagate Technology LLC and its affiliates discriminated against older workers when it laid off employees as part of a nationwide workforce reduction in July 2004.
