Enviros Ask FERC To Reassess Impact Of Dominion Pipeline

Law360, Philadelphia (January 16, 2013, 4:29 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania environmental advocacy group on Tuesday asked the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to pause Dominion Transmission Inc.'s request for permits for two natural gas pipeline projects spanning Pennsylvania and New York, arguing that they pose the prospect of ozone violations.
