Sea Containers Seeks Fourth Exclusivity Extension

Law360, New York (November 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Just two months after winning extra time to file its reorganization plan, bankrupt Sea Containers has asked a court for another reprieve, citing an ongoing dispute over pension claims.

In a motion filed to the Delaware district court Wednesday, the Bermuda-based transport company said it wanted its exclusivity deadline extended another two months, to Feb. 20, 2008, to finalize settlement talks over the claims by two pension scheme creditors.
