Apple Wants Full Fed. Circ. To Eye Ban Bid In Samsung Row

Law360, New York (January 17, 2013, 4:10 PM EST) -- Apple Inc. on Wednesday asked for the full Federal Circuit to hear its appeal of a California federal judge’s denial of a permanent U.S. sales ban of several Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. smartphones found to infringe Apple’s patents, in order to eliminate uncertainty surrounding such bans.
