FERC Proposes To Speed Solar Projects, Change Hydro Rent

Law360, New York (January 17, 2013, 3:32 PM EST) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has proposed to cut red tape around connecting small solar power generators to the grid, in addition to setting out new rental rates for hydropower projects on federal land, among a number of changes discussed by commissioners Thursday.
