Monsanto Asks High Court To Uphold Seed Patent Win

Law360, New York (January 17, 2013, 8:43 PM EST) -- Monsanto Co. urged the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday to affirm a ruling that a farmer infringed patents on the company's Roundup Ready soybean seeds by planting them, arguing that a contrary finding would undermine patent rights for a wide range of products that can be easily replicated.
