No New Trial For Best Buy In $27M Trade Secrets Fight

Law360, New York (January 17, 2013, 7:16 PM EST) -- A California federal judge Wednesday refused to give Best Buy Co. Inc. a new trial after a jury found the retailer stole TechForward Inc.’s trade secrets and breached a confidentiality agreement concerning an electronics buy-back program, saying he can find no basis for such a move.
