NJ Atty Attacks Feds' Case In Opening Salvo Of RICO Trial

Law360, New York (January 22, 2013, 9:24 PM EST) -- A New Jersey criminal defense attorney accused of using his law practice to facilitate murder, tamper with witnesses, traffic drugs and aid prostitution blasted the government's case against him Tuesday, contending prosecution witnesses have concocted stories to slash their own stays in prison.
