High Court Refuses Appeal Of Drug Imports Dispute

Law360 (November 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear a case challenging the Food and Drug Administration's power to regulate imported drugs, denying an appeal that could have made it legal for a slew of drugs to be imported into the Unites States.
