American Capital Cheated PE Guru Out Of $45M, Suit Says

Law360, Dallas (January 22, 2013, 4:12 PM EST) -- The former head of American Capital Ltd.’s energy group has sued the private equity firm in Texas state court, saying he’s owed bonuses of stock and stock options worth more than $45 million that the company refused to pay out per his employment contract.
