Jury Hands Toyota Win In Texas Seat-Defect Crash Suit

Law360, New York (January 22, 2013, 2:29 PM EST) -- A Texas federal jury found in favor of Toyota Motor Corp. on Thursday in a suit brought by a woman who claimed a driver's seat defect caused her to suffer a spinal injury when her vehicle crashed into a tree.
