Gay Worker Told Getting Fired Was God's Will, Suit Says

Law360, New York (January 22, 2013, 12:00 AM EST) -- A former human resources director for the owner of several Ashley Furniture HomeStore locations has accused the owner of employment discrimination in New Jersey federal court, saying she was fired for being gay and that her supervisor said the termination had been handed down by God.
