Winslet’s Husband Blocks UK Paper From Running Naked Pics

Law360, Chicago (January 22, 2013, 6:50 PM EST) -- A U.K. court ruled Thursday that News Corp. newspaper The Sun cannot publish partially naked photos of actress Kate Winslet's husband, finding he could likely show at trial that he had a reasonable expectation of privacy even though the photos were posted on Facebook.
