Cuomo’s $137B NY Budget Bakes In Minimum Wage Hike

Andrew Cuomo on Tuesday pitched a $136.5 billion 2013 budget for New York State that sets aside $3.6 billion for Superstorm Sandy-related projects, contains no new taxes, spends amply on energy, infrastructure and business projects, and includes a controversial, $1 billion bump in the state's minimum wage.
