With Trial Looming, Dow Attacks Urethane Antitrust Class

Law360, New York (January 22, 2013, 7:16 PM EST) -- A day before trial, Dow Chemical Corp. asked a Kansas federal judge Tuesday to decertify a class of foam product manufacturers accusing the chemical giant of conspiring with competitors to fix the price of urethane foam.
