EEOC, Ruby Tuesday Bias Suit Ordered Into Conciliation

Law360, New York (January 22, 2013, 7:17 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday refused to dismiss an age bias suit against restaurant chain Ruby Tuesday Inc. but ordered the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to more sufficiently back up its claims and participate in conciliation discussions within the next 45 days.
