Exxon Slams US Attempt To Recuse Judge In Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (January 23, 2013, 2:40 PM EST) -- Exxon Mobil Corp. on Tuesday asked a U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge not to recuse himself from its lawsuit seeking U.S. government indemnification for environmental cleanup costs at two federally funded aviation fuel facilities, saying a government's recusal motion was untimely and based on "remote" circumstances.
